I have never seen such a useless app. I paid my EMI a week ago, still it’s not updated. This month the principal shows ZERO and full amount as interest! When I asked the bank, they said it can take up to 45 days to update. what nonsense! If I must call the bank every time, what’s the point of this app? Fix this pathetic system immediately or stop misleading customers with wrong info.

I want to request the developer of the project to make it easier or more convenient . it shows the past 2 months before balance ,not present. I am very disappointed not to see the latest leftover loan amount..

very bad experience with this nbfc, staff is useless , & i've taken a loan for home first, I haven't yet get any satisfy answer from banker , very disgusting staff & also you requested for some documents threw app , it will take much time of yours
