The original app was so much better hands down. It was simple, had a nice user interface, and was overall a good app. It allowed you to view your balance and your past transactions very easily. It also was overall attractive appearance. This new app has none of these, and is terrible to use. I absolutely hate this new app, it would be okay to view on a PC but a phone? NO! If you are checking anything on your phone it needs to be simple, convenient, concise, and visually appealing. Not this.

The old app was SOOO much better. New app is terrible. So much wasted space on the screen! And it seems like whenever I try to use it there are technical difficulties & it's down. Extremely frustrating for someone who loves y12 but doesn't live near a physical branch location. This app experience honestly makes me want to close my account & go elsewhere. I see the "our previous app was retiring so we took the opportunity..." responses. Well, I'm about to take the opportunity & retire my account!

Worse than the previous app. I can't see my rewards points on the homepage, the use interface is hard to look at and it really feels like an overall downgrade compared to the previous app. I have always bragged about how good this CU is and the app was the best selling point to friends & family. Now all my friends and family are annoyed by the hideous new app. It's just not as user friendly or pleasant to look at.
