Ratings and reviews

They have now added an additional security feature when you need to text a code back to them before using the app. It only works a third of the time to actually let you into the system. Will be closing my account soon. FCCU service has hit bottom.

It is a very difficult process to refresh one's password, frequently repeating to err and chew up desired passwords. Thankfully, customer service is exceptional and courteous. Thank you.

It's better than any bank app that I've ever use easy-to-navigate very clear not sure if something customer service pops right on great app will recommend.
