Keap Business Line Features (For users of Keap Pro and Keap Max editions in the U.S. and Canada only):

• Displays caller ID so you always know if the call is meant for your personal or business line. Use the Keap phone number caller ID to quickly see if the call is from your business line so you can answer your sideline number like a pro every time.

• Works as a personalized real phone number generator to easily create or change a virtual number to exactly what you want. Choose your own local number or change phone numbers to a customized number like 555-4MY-HOME so it's memorable for your small business and your clients. It’s a second phone number generator with you in charge.

• Auto replies when you’re away. SMS and call forwarding auto-replies when you miss a text or call on your business line so you never miss out on following up with a lead or an important client.

• Let's you set your business schedule. Set a snooze schedule to pause business line calls and SMS notifications while sideline auto-replies for you to stay connected to your leads while you focus on other things that matter.

• Allows for customization of your business line voicemail. Set up custom voicemail greetings so your second phone number for your business line is specific to your business. Plus, voicemails are automatically transcribed to help you save time and respond quicker.

After some time using this app. Not going to lie it kinda sucks. I'd expect more on a mobile from Keap. A business that markets itself to small operations. It can be much better, the desktop version kills it, the mobile browser version kills it. The phone app sucks!!! Why can't I access all the quotes on this app, why can't I see the automations, etc. You might save space by just using the mobile browser version. 3 stars cause it makes me 🤑.

Laggy and buggy (likely android issue). It lags so much when you type. It's quite annoying. Keap is a great web software. But the Android app i often have to close shut down then reopen and then the ability to text or leave notes works again. I often see that it's often smoother on Apple phones than Android. It's unfortunate because the user experience is to get work done especially when you have many leads to followup or text or call but you can only get speedy work done on your computer.

Super glitchy! Sometimes, I see incoming notes in the app, and other times I don't. The prompted notes never insert, and I end up manually typing notes out. Texting is terrible. There's a huge delay when typing out a message. I receive error messages that my texts have not been sent. I use an Android phone, so I'm not sure if that's the reason behind these issues? For literally almost $200/month, I expected a way better experience. The worst part is my account manager has ghosted me.
