Ratings and reviews

for anyone having trouble the app loading on an Android device try these steps. uninstall the current version and then power cycle your phone. then install the latest version from the play store. before you launch it go into the app and clear the data and clear the cache. then you can open the app as normal. I had a lot of trouble trying to get the app to work and this is the only series of steps that was able to make it work on my s25 Plus. love my lights though!

Edit: After writing the review, a team member did reach out, and they were able to fix the issue by putting the app on my old ipad. I was never able to get it to work on my android phone. I'm changing it from the original 1 to a 3 only for that reason. But I hope they get with engineering and do some serious UAT on their product to make sure it works on all phone operating systems. Their apps never work right. It's so frustrating to have to spend hours trying to get the device to connect.

This software is super buggy. And recently it wiped out all of my saved settings... had to start over. 😠 Now it's got the wrong date or something. It's displaying Halloween lights several days after they are scheduled to top showing. At least I don't have to be connected to the same WiFi to change settings like the last version of this software. That's the only reason I didn't give 1/5 stars.

What’s new

Music Page: Added a new page that enables users to pair a music box with their Jellyfish system.
Now Playing: Zone Control has been updated and moved to the new “Now Playing” menu at the bottom of the screen.
Favorites: Patterns now display a heart icon. Hearted patterns appear in the new Favorites section located at the top of the Patterns page.
General Improvements: Additional performance and stability enhancements are included.
