Ratings and reviews

I love Knack, but this app leaves much to be appreciated. It crashes constantly, puts reviews in incorrectly (has happened twice now), and often does not notify when people message you. If these bugs were worked out, it would be great!

Makes requesting tutoring sessions quick and easy. However the app has extremely slow load times and it can sometimes take an upwards of 5+ minutes to open chats (occasionally requiring the app to be closed out completely and reopened).

I was able to use this app; however, for some reason, I am not able to see through my camera. It is the only app I use my camera for. It hasn't been working for two days now. I have rebooted and checked for updates through the computer.
