Very bad experience, first of all we cannot open the downloaded video without data. Secondly, whenever we download a video, it mostly shows an error or keeps showing a queue, and even if the download starts, we have to keep that tab open until the video is completely downloaded. Third, there is no option to delete the downloaded video.

Dear Sir,
Data is needed to open your app only not for downloaded videoes.
2. There is no need to open thst tab you can switch there is no issue. You can do other work also. Plz don't kill it otherwise it will work.
3. You can delete videos from your library.

This application is not working properly ,videos buffer all the time even during lecture video doesn't work properly and device is good internet connection is 100mbps and still I am facing this problem no doubt teaching will be good in the coaching but this application is not working properly and even you guys don't have an application for iOS and PC , please solve that problem

I purchased course on mahashivratri offer everything is good in this app but the main thing streaming of classes is not good because whenever I play classes within 2-3 min it gaves error and after 2-3 attempts of opening app if class start and when I switch to landscape mode the classes stopped again I face same error it gives only buffering buffering buffering I feel irritate in taking a class of 2 hours in 4 hours please help us ...............

Dear Sir,
Kindly try to change your network bez sometimes it happens when we are using low internet or slow internet. Or kindly try to use wifi if you have and check whether issue is resolved or not ?
