I've been with them almost a decade now! the they're a good financial institution; they offer free classes on their website as well. my only complaint would be how they closed a joint account I had WITHOUT a reason, WITHOUT warning, says to refer to the communication from kfcu (this was about 3-4 years ago now) there's NOTHING in the letter about why it was cancelled. when we did have the account, a large sum of money in both names came into that account and kfcu sent it back without valid reasn

Worst app ever, for as vital app as there is that you need to work, especially in these times. Glitches every day. Been in communication since day 1 to get it to work correctly. Poorest transition ever experienced seeing a company call something and update/improvement. Biggest mistake with the worst timing. I have screen shots every day of crashes, glitches and plain just closing itself down. It has been reported and I have been told " we're working on it".

It works...but bank alerts no longer show up unless I happen to log in to the app. That defeats the purpose. I want to get notifications the moment my account see s a deposit or withdrawal. I no longer get that. I have to log in first, then I suddenly get a barrage of notifications and emails that I should've had days ago. What gives? It's clearly something wrong with KFCU's system, not just the app, because their email alerts behave the same way. You don't get them until you log in.
