Use this Voice Control Set Up App to activate the Voice Control button on your eKids karaoke machine in a few simple steps.

By default, the Voice Control button on certain karaoke machines is shipped needing activation before use. This allows parents to decide whether or not to activate the feature on their product.

Use of the App to activate the Voice Control button is one-time only. Once permission has been granted, and the Voice Control feature has been activated, the App is no longer needed to enjoy your product. Just press the Voice Control button on your karaoke machine whenever you want to use the feature.

Why tf is this app even still in the play store? It does NOT work!! Install it, open it, and it prompts you with a popup window to connect to bluetooth, push the "Pair" button.... nothing happens, push "pair" again.....nada, push cancel and the popup window closes to the front page with another prompt to walk you through the process with a button at the bottom that says "next" push the button and the very same popup with the inactive pair button comes up.

The app works fine. I simply held the pair button down until it beeped and the process was very quick. My issue is not with the app but the microphone which I can't get to work.

Bought a Christmas present that I didn't know requires this app. It is unfortunate that the app gets stuck on step 2 and does not progress. I tried on 2 different phones, reset the app and everything. I can't use the toy how it was intended.
