I can't log into my account with this upgrade that they did. I don't know my current status and when you call they have nit so great customer service. My payments are higher even though they say it got lowered. All around not pleased. I would not recommend. Fix the app and treat your customers right.

can't log on to my account with the new upgrade they made last month payment taken and credited but keep getting text messages and emails saying account is deliglent when I call I'm told my account is current and to ignore the text etc,nooooo the computer has me not paying fix it ,it's been 20 days now
