I couldn't create an account initially. Finally after waiting a few days I was able to successfully create an account the day before a Drs. appointment. While at the appointment today I couldn't access the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times. I still can't get in. Seriously?

This app is terrible. It's not very intuitive to use. Also, when you try to use the map function to locate a pharmacy near you. The app resets when you try to select a pharmacy. It's very frustrating.

The app doesn't even open. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, still doesn't work!
