Ratings and reviews

Not user-friendly. Try to improve on reimbursement methods. Poor selection of choices. Unable to do screenshot too. I can I email customer service and show them a picture of my case. I don't want to type all the case and date down. Again, it's not user-friendly. The team who designed this was either on their period or was mad on the final day of release because someone stole their twinkies.

This app is absolutely useless and frustrating. I haven't been able to log in for months. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times to no avail. I'm not able to submit my claims and there is no option to submit it electronically via the website. This means it requires so much effort to get reimbursed from my own money in my FSA account. This was not an issue with the Benefit Strategies app. Despite so much negative feedback, nothing has been done to improve this app. Ridiculous!

I agree with all the comments I have read so far. This app is the absolute worst. Most of the time never works. I can sign in under one search but no other one, and then if I try to down load that app it brings me to the one I already have downloaded. If I can not get into my app and get reimbursed then you should not be able to take money from my account. My rating is a zero regardless of the one star I had to pick. 👎👎👎
