First time using the App, it was giving me a headache to figure out if I was recording on the camera, or is my cell phone was recording. Secondly, the white/red dot on the cell phone screen does not distinguish if I'm recording or stopped. When you touch the button, for 1/10th of a second, it will pop up on your screen what the action was, but being 60, my eyes are not fast enough to catch what action I have activated. Perhaps 1/2 second would be better. Second time out, I ensured that nothing else was connected to my phone (But my bluetooth earbuds were in and connected), and surprisingly, the connection was rock solid. There is about a 3 second delay, I suppose to allow writing to memory before casting the video out. Colours were vibrant, clear and probably better than my Hero 3 camera I normally use. Later on, I hope to play with some of the other settings.

Doesn't keep vid stream when changing settings, also the x450 has no external mic (or does a mic work with usb mini connection?), either way it needs audio recording through the app for people using lavalier mics, so it can be synchronised with the vid. When the battery is dying the audio is out of sync so it would also fix that. Please add this.

Everything seems to work ok so far. Connection was easy. Missing info in manual. There is a red light and a blue light with no info on what they mean. The worst aspect of the app is that every time you connect to the camera or exit a menu and return to home it starts recording on its own. You always have to stop the recording. Very annoying!
