Really frustrated with customer support. Wrote multiple emails to the support team in the last month regarding being unable to see any files. Despite being a premium user, I didn't get any response.se. I am only seeing my folders but no files. They are always in a loading state. I have been a user of Digiboxx for more than 3 years. Now customer support has become very pathetic. I am not sure what will happen to my data stored there. I am still awaiting a response.

I have subscribed to premium subscription and because I could not do anything with the data because of slowness, I renewed again. Now it is EVEN WORSE. The uploaded images are not opening at all, it just shows a jpg or mp4 symbol. Worse still, when I try to download, it says File not found. Seriously? Are you saying my file is gone? I don't have the original because I have backed up right? Edit: No update whatsaever! The developer reply is just a gimmick. Where is the solution?

Again!!!, Digiboxx its been 5 years since you launched ur app, sometimes app works sometimes won't work, ur app buttons wont work properly, i am a pro subscriber, what are you doing?!!!, even if i turn on 5G data in app is not loading properly, there is a lot to tell about ur app problems, every update should make app faster and make data more secure,,...WHAT YOU ARE DOING? !!!, i have important data in digiboxx, please understand
