There is no map of the terminals that I've found in a good 10 minutes of exploring. This is one of the MAIN reasons for wanting an airport app, wanting help navigating the airport. I know the SLC airport well but after reading a couple of articles and the airport's own website I still don't understand the upcoming changes other than parking which I won't need. I was hoping a map would help. The PDF file wouldn't open on my phone and this app was useless. Uninstalling.

Fail. App doesn't load. I installed and used in December 2024. I checked. I'm on most recent version (Nov 19, 2024). So much for training out the app to see how long security line is. Instead, while I wait I am making a review. I'll see if there is a way to report the problem. If the developers are responsive, I'll update the review. Uodate: looked at other reviews. Uninstalling and not looking back

I've had the app installed for around 5 months now and gone through this airport roughly ~60 times in that time. Every time I arrive there, I open the app just to check and it's never once made it past the airport logo screen -- the app just straight up won't open. This app could be super helpful if it worked. As for "LOVE" communications: Your website looks fake, and your work looks bad. Do better. <3
