The alarm feature is the biggest component this app provides, but it's such a let down. Why can we only enable one alarm at a time? Turning on one alarm disables the others. Frustrating! Update: two and a half years later and that feature still hasn't been added. The only difference is that the app forgets the base every few weeks now. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Can't connect bed bases. You would think that an app like this shouldn't be that hard because that function is in many apps that work just fine. This one asked to name the bed, which I did and then it wouldn't let me go to the next step. I tried several different names, some short some long but it didn't matter. The company has a video out of how to connect to Apple phones but none on Android phones. I don't know why but maybe they can't even get their app to work. They may not want to admit it

My remote was damaged beyond recognition. Tried to reconnect my app to the base, got nothing. Contacted the company via text bot asking about how to get a new remote, was sent a bill for $82.00. Finally spoke with a person, she justified the price saying there was a lot of features, after explaining several times what was wrong she sent set up directions for me to pair my base to the app, the exact same as I had been doing, my base is now a very expensive and useless object.
