My subscription expired but I didn't have the password to pay to renew a monthly streaming subscription. I decided to get another streaming service. I set up the new account which uses the lux player app. The problem I have is I am not able to enter the user name and password because the app says my previous streaming subscription has expired. I cannot enter my new information (new password). I unstalled the app and re-installed the app. It still says my previous subscription has expired

Paid my subscription twice and they still can't get my account going. No customer service. No internet link, phone number etc for help. Used the player for 3 years and I have no choice but to find another option.

Does not work. Just some kind of error. Must be a scam. Keeps saying bad credentials. Uninstalling. Y'all, don't waste your time with this app, try someone else.
