Definitely one of the worst apps I've had the displeasure of encountering. Painfully slow to use (loading times are terrible). Absurd levels of security required just to access it...totally over the top. Some restaurants, like Din Tai Fung claim they aren't a part of the rewards program even though the app says they are. All in all - a horrible experience to use. Forces you to update in order to use it....then the update is not available for download, so the app becomes unusable.

This app always crashes regardless you are connected to wi-fi or regular mobile network. When it works, there is a tremendous lag to the functions. If 0 is an option. that's what I would give.

App is very slow. Imagine that I tried to login to the app for 15 mins coz I had to reset my password and it still gave me an error after that. Sadly couldn't earn any points from my purchase because I couldn't login at all.
