I have my account set to use biometrics to log in. Several times I've been logged out and because I use the biometrics it requires me to re log in via the password. Since I use the biometric log in option I generally forgot my password pretty quickly. My issue comes in when I try to reset. It asks you to provide your log in name as proof of who you are to receive a code. Well no matter how many times I try I NEVER receive the code in my email. My email is on account as I get other messagq

There are many blips and boops I need help with. I've been dropped a couple times and had to help restarting. Maybe it's me. When it works,it's awesome! All the staff is really nice about helping, except that girl who made me cry.
