Ratings and reviews

While it's easy to navigate, some windows are too large for a phone screen making the font too small to read - inconvenient. Also the last two times I used the chat feature it has kicked me out multiple times during the conversatio. At least it keeps the chat contact person. Logging back on the app would not accept the "remembered" ID and PW so I had to manually type them in. Just inconvenient. It IS good to have access to the info at my fingertips when needed. Great rep - Kevin!

I have been using the app for about 6 months now and am very pleased with it. It is easy to navigate and use. I especially like the careguide feature. I have been talking with one care guide, Devan, for over 3 months regarding a select service procedure and they have been very helpful throughout the process even checking in to see how it was going each step of the way. I highly recommend using the app if you have this insurance provider!!

Doesn't really do anything except serve as a customer assistant chat portal.
