Worked great for a few months then started giving me an authentication error and nothing would fix it.... FF two years and it's working. They did "update" it a few months ago, which is code for 'It doesn't do anything differently, we just moved all of the buttons and menus around so you have to relearn how to work the app. Like Microsoft does to everything they make.

I used to love this app (I have used it for several years), but now I hate it! I used to be able to log in with my fingerprint; now it won't work at all and I have to log in by typing my user ID and password every time, enter a texted code and "re-enroll" about half of the time, or get "data network unavailable. Ridiculous! I have called and asked about the problem, and they just say to uninstall and reinstall the app. That works--for one or two logins, then it's back to the same problems.

Too many issues from login, to verification, yet I've been able to deal with it. Now, it says there's an update needed to use the app but there is not one when redirected to the app store and the issue persisted after deleting and reinstalling as well. Not having access to my account is not something I can or should have to handle.
