This app is just horrible. It has been since I've had it and just get worse with each update. I constantly have to log in completely even tho I've set it to be finger print kicks out all my info. Have to go through the verification process each time I log in beyond annoying. This works whenever. Its always a different problem. I cant log on the app. Says incorrect password but I can log on the web page with same password

UPDATE: It now works correctly. Update: After years of it not working correctly it finely did... and then they decided to fix bugs.. Except it didn't fix the bugs. It created them. Now once a week I have to uninstall and reinstall. Always messed up. At first I thought it was because I had and older phone. Now I have the latest phone and still bugs out. Come on! Southern Heritage needs to get the developers to fix this. It's a banking app. I'm wondering how secure it is at this point.

Constantly have to send verification code and can never use fingerprint to sign in. Sick of having to put in username and password EVERY SINGLE TIME! This whole bank needs an overhaul! Charging $29 dollars an overdraft even with overdraft protection. What is the protection? Them? They get hundreds of dollars off of that. Seriously considering a new bank!
