App is trash!!!! App forces you to change your password and I hate it!!! Doesn't make since. You have to keep making passwords for mo damn reasons!! I barely have money in my accounts. Just enough for bills. Banking here was good at first. After the pandemic. This bank has changed a lot and will hit you any hidden fee possible. Whenever I have time out of my schedule. I'll be looking to leave this bank. Been with bank for years. Time to go!!!!

The Fey Queen Mini
I get a constant network error and can't use the app anymore now. Not that it makes much difference since the app barely worked as it was. Fingerprint sign on is an option but doesn't work anymore, notifications come either late or repeat for days, I constantly have to enter security questions that I didn't select that sometimes tell me I'm wrong, oh and it asks for my phone number to enroll nearly every time. Only good for quickly seeing my balance and last few transactions.

Puffeeling
My experience is terrible, the app doesn't work, has never been fix and i know the employees on every bank know that, i been year's and same problem. As a client, i have more trouble to just read my balance, even when you click the save option, it deleted all the login info and stop using the fingerprint option, to fix that i have to re-log in put all my data and time then enroll my phone number for 4,000 time. It feels like we are not important for the bank.
