fix the app. keeps crashing when logging in after the latest update

Very disorganized and the disclaimeris very unethical. The fact they charge Nu. 10 is atrocious. They are easing their banking by making it computerized. Instead of all lining up in counters in person. It is more of a convenience and its a service that should be free. The ATMs most of the time don't work and it never does auto reverses when money doesn't come through. You have to fill an application and it takes weeks and on one occasion more than a month.

I wouldn't like to rate at all but there is no option. well I had minor complaints and it happened twice. They never came up with the solutions. Disappointed

What’s new

1. Virtual Card – Users can securely generate a virtual card (Debit & Credit card) after the card application has been processed by the Branch.

2. Card Details – Customers can view their full card number, expiry date & CVV in real-time which can be used for the online payments.

3. Instant Card Activation – Both debit and credit cards can now be activated instantly through the App.
