Had the app for years, its great when it's great! Can quickly transfer between accounts, has $500 overdraft protection, and usually doesn't have issues linking to external apps. But when it's not great ...freezing and crashing. Currently freezing at log in on my S9+ and I haven't been able to use it at all post update. Even tried Uninstalling to no avail.

This used to be a fairly good and functional app. However about 3 months ago I started having trouble with mobile deposits. App suddenly closes with no warning or error messages. Several tries, sometimes it will load after 15-20 tries, no kidding! I've called and messaged the help desk at mid Florida, even went in person to my brach. Still no answers 🤔

Love the bank. App is just ok. It's nice to have the app for money transfers, monitoring your account, paying on credit, and you can even disable your debit cards if lost. My peave is the mobile deposit tends to crash alot. I often have keep retrying over and over and/or restarting my phone. (This is the second phone that's I've used with this app and it's done the same thing ) It's very annoying and I wish that would be fixed.
