Entropia Pocket will ensure you receive the latest Entropia Universe system updates. Push notifications will be distributed to all app holders when important information is available.

An Internet connection is not required to use the 2 factor authentication key generation. However, if you wish to stay informed of Entropia Universe system updates via the Push Notification services, then an internet connection is required.


Known Issue
For some devices you have to manually give the app access to the camera through the settings on your device.

Ratings and reviews

Crashes/Stops working everytime the button to scan the QR code is pressed. Android Version 8.1.0 Exact Smart Phone is Fortuna 2 (it's on the older side of smart phones) App does have permissions for camera, manually activated, and it can Run, but once the button to scan to QR code is pressed it crashes. Guessing either the app is unoptomized, phone is too potato, something about the app is buggy/broken, or some kind of mix of all three, no idea.

Do not tie your Entropia Universe account to this app! it essentially locks it to your phone, and if you lose your recovery code (or never got one) they tell you to file a support ticket. Problem is THEY NEVER ANSWER IT! It's been 2 weeks since I filed mine and nothing... If they fix it I will change my review!

EDIT: after a response from Mindark I found that I need to manually go into the app info to allow the camera to scan the QR code. Just a suggestion but maybe have a more that tells people this in the info. Thanks. Something is wrong with the apps connection to my camera. When trying to scan the QR code all I get is a black screen with a red line(permissions giving to access phones camera). Using a samsung note 8
