Hi Jessica, thanks for using Sparkler! It looks like you entered the signup date instead of your child's birth date, so the app thinks your child is 2 days old and too young for ASQ. If you update the birth date in settings, the right screening will appear by tomorrow. You can also email support@playsparkler.org for help!

Super difficult! It won't even let me add my child in and makes you choose a gender, race, etc... a lot of unnecessary information IMHO. Not impressed so far.

Dear Windi, Sparkler works with nonprofit/government organizations. The info you mention is required by some partners, so we require it when working with them. You can select “other” for race/ethnicity. You can also can opt not to access Sparkler/work with our partners. Please email support@playsparkler.org with additional questions/feedback.

Have not been able to open the questionnaires i need to complete for my sons in a month, and when i try to go from the "Know" section back to the "Home" section nothing will load. I'm beyond frustrated!
