its a big problem when a banking app gets buged almost every week and when you write for assistenza yiu only get an automatic maessage saying we will get back to you and when you call, you are kept on hold for more than half an hour without a solution and as iff that not enough, it has most problems towards or at monthend ehen you have to oay bills and stuff. shame with atlasmara it wasn't like this. ah for apple (OS) devices it doesnt work at all, they literally told me to use android.

most useless app and bank all together I've ever come across, i deeply regret opening an account with access. everything about these guys is a constant challenge from cash withdrawal and mobile banking to card replacement (almost impossible). i wouldn't advise y'all to bank them access you gon regret like me... 😠

useless app it just shows you your account balance but you can't transfer money or even pay for bills on it
