There is a lot of difficulty in entering the reading in the app, for example, while entering the reading in it, it repeatedly says Unable to get prev reading for selected feeder/meter. please try again. After that, if you start reading offline, then when data is turned off, the app says please turn on mobile data or WiFi to continue, and a message appears. Then it doesn't even go offline and there are so many problems in online too.. However, it is requested that the seniors who created the app

Most of the times it shows error while uploading reading to server why the error like this not solved permanently when senior authority made compulsory to take readings 100% but due to this we fail to reach this target, sometimes reading shows uploaded to server successfully but still some readings are repeated at least this will not to be happened. Plz take this important.
