Poor, cannot check my balances and constantly have to call and complain to the call center. When they do reset it, it'll only work for a week and then starts with the same nonsense again.

While I appreciate the ability to buy data and bundles without having to use USSD codes, I feel the app could use quite a bit of much needed tweaking. The previous versions of the app ran quite smoothly. This new update aimed at improving the UI, but it made the app slower and difficult to use. For example, opening/closing a drop-down list, glitches and loads in 'slow-motion' across the screen. I hope there will be a balance between the previous usability and UI experience, in the near future.

After the MTC app was not working, I have downloaded this one, hoping that it will be better. What a mistake! Before I can do anything, I need to register, but after filling in all the data and submitting it, I get the message that this is not not possible, try later or contact IT.... Yesterday was so, now is the same.... What a shame! The rating of 1 star is a mistake, it should be 0, but that is not available.
