When it works it's good. But more than half the times it does not work. Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I try to open the app. ***updating review. No connectivity issue fixed in last update, it worked for a while, but now it's saying there are no accounts linked to my profile, I try to link an account but it keeps saying "we're unable to fulfill your request"

I am unable to pay my bill via the app, it won't allow me to remove my unverified card and it keeps prompting me to verify old card instead of allowing me to pay with the new verified card. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE do not seem to have a clue as how to rectify that problem. All they keep saying is that they are going to escalate the problem, and still it hasn't been rectified!!! SMFH

Useless, this app is supposed to keep track of your usage and make bill payments. Firstly, tracking usage isn't available for a majority of customers. Secondly, bill payment or purchasing vouchers is an unstable experience using Amber for transactions. 9 times out of 10, it fails. And finally, verifying new credit card added to your profile seems impossible. The bank authorized a 2.00 charge, clearly seen in the Scotiabank app. But this mess of an app insisted the figure was wrong.
