Can't open the app. "Sorry. This is not working right now. Please try again later." Tried to uninstall and reinstall, but I was unable to log in or change password. Same message as above. Finally, I realized that the apps can't be accessed using a foreign network or a VPN connected to an overseas server. Back to local area from overseas trip, connected to local service provider, all ok suddenly. 🙆♂️ Maybe it doesn't have a passport to cross the border. Who knows.

Previous versions are acceptable but after the update it became extremely sluggish. To navigate around the app takes forever. Touch any button on the app and nothing happens. I tried for a week to pay my bill and got lucky once. This is a stupid and poorly developed app. Before you blame my phone, I have no problems with the Air Selangor and IWK apps. Edit: How to screenshot buttons not working and unresponsiveness?

I have been using this apps to pay the bills since years ago but suddenly since last few months I was not able to pay but still can view the bills. Unfortunately starting last month im not able to view the bills. When clicked on view bills, there will be a pop up message "you have been plugged out". Kindly fix this issue so that i can pay my bill on time. * i log in from Saudi Arabia.
