I downloaded this so that I wouldn't need to go to a branch to renew my pawned items but this doesn't work. It doesn't like wifi connection (it always says that my internet is slow when it's not. I have been streaming videos all day and not one hiccup) and my attempts at renewing always ends at server error. I'd give this a 0 if I can. FIX THIS!

I already did all the things that you guys said but to no avail it's still like that. The worst part is that I cannot renew my ring and I installed this thinking I'll renew it through here but no it got expired!!. I've been trying for the past couple of weeks to renew or at least cash out the money!! It doesn't work this app is always on session time out!! And when I click the "contact us" it only restart!! I still recommend to never use this app!! The email address that you give cannot be found

A very very unreliable app. I uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times but it seems this app has a bug. It keeps on telling me that I have poor connection when I have a strong internet at home. Pop-up always comes out and I cannot do a single because of that. This looks like a bug which has to be rectified. Hire a better IT Team, an efficient and knowledgeable one.
