This app logs you out automatically over a period of time (THAT NEEDS TO STOP!!!) Even though, it is easier to access your bus tickets with the app already open. You would think 🤔 NICE would know that, already! Who wants to log in or out of the app when you're traveling, trying catch these slow or late busses? I know I don't and as a result of logging you out automatically, you may not be able to log back in. Which is the problem I'm currently experiencing. This is "AWFUL".

Disgusting. The app experience is almost as bad as having to be on one of their busses, which appear to be cobbled together out of used gum and aftermarket parts.

Hey, this app was "DYNAMITE" up to today! Now, I can't purchase tickets for the bus because the app says my payment "FAILED". Can you look into this please! I haven't had any issue with this app in the past. Was something changed with this app! Please, fix the the errors this app is having, thanks.
