I was having the same problem with this app as the one star reviewer. I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it. Now it works great, and much better than previous versions. I travel for work, and this version has the mobile deposit function!

I used to love this app because I could use it to deposit checks with my phone. For the past 4 weeks, everytime I click the mobile deposit section, it tells me the app is currently unavailable and then shuts down. The nearest physical NCCU to me is in Park Falls 25 miles away. I've been a member with this bank for close to 20 years and I loved this app because it saved me a lot of gas money and time to be able to deposit checks. Now that it won't let me, this app is pretty much useless.

It won't load past the "authentication" saying that it wasn't inputed properly (doesn't even display an authentication), the load time for the app can be slow regardless if you're using WI-FI or Data.
