The Post-App offers various features:

Login: Direct access to online services secured with PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition.

Push notifications: Get updates on upcoming shipments via push alerts.

Code scanner: Scan barcodes, QR codes, and stamps for additional information.

Location search: Find the nearest branch, parcel machine, or pick-up point, even without GPS.

Shipment tracking: Automatically track shipments by scanning tracking numbers.

Stamp letters: Purchase digital stamps and write the code on the envelope.

Send/return parcels: Address, frank, and have parcels picked up or dropped off.

“My shipments”: Get an updated overview of all your incoming shipments with push notifications.

Check address: Quickly find locations, postal codes, and addresses.

Contact: Quick access to the customer service center.

Change language: Available in DE, FR, IT, and EN.

Notification settings only have "newsletter" and "my consignment" to turn on/off. The overview has at least 30min to update (if it ever does) that the parcel HAS arrived. And the App has surprisingly slow loading times. At least this way my email inbox doesn't get filled by Post delivery updates... It's still the Swiss Postal Service, so it has to suck at least a little.🤷🏽‍♂️

Thank you for your feedback. Which additional notification settings would you like? With regard to consignment information, several independent systems in succession are in use which react with a time delay. Depending on the time slot, there may be longer transfer windows.

Update: More reliable now. // Great app, horrible login. Constant logout, login only works 1 out of 10 times and app freezes after login. 5/5 if it had working login process. Example: Login successful, app doesn't recognize it and freezes. Login successful, "You were not automatically redirected when you signed up. Please click on the «Login»button to complete the process.", button doesn't work. Login successful, nothing happens after.

Thank you for your update. We would like to receive the device data via the feedback from the app. This allows us to see whether energy-saving mode is activated, which browser you use, etc. – these can all be triggers for the problems described.
