SCAM ALERT !! The app doesn't work properly, and there's no way to use app to pay at location. App worked fine for a couple months, then I encountered an issue at checkout when the app would not process my credit card order; kept getting error message. So I just added funds to Loyalty Funds. Still to no avail. Okay no biggie I'll just contact customer service, after 3 different forms of email messaging and calling the number which immediately hangs up after dialing, my $50 is out there in limbo.

Disappointed with the app, it works but only at a most basic level, the kiosks at the Kissimmee location are a better design. You can't customize orders, just delete predefined ingredients; for example I couldn't add pickles to my bacon cheeseburger. Also, getting to the shipping cart requires you to be in the menu (very bad design, it should always be available from the top menu). Is also like to see an option to tip those kids that do such a great job on the burgers.

This app needs some work. The customization options are great. But every time I go to checkout, I receive a "Something went wrong!" message and get kicked back to the main menu. Nothing I do can get me to the checkout page. So yeah, I cannot use the app and I cannot call orders in ahead of time. So the app is basically useless.... Y'all got great food though.
