Had been on-line ordering for few years. Saw that there was an app, downloaded to use. My order is 2 large double pepperoni pies. In app found that when selecting pepperoni there was no option for X2. Tried on-line and the X2 button is gone. Means programmer does NOT code to match a process that was working, but also then updated on-line to match his bad programming. I now have to order by phone or in person like it's back in the 20th century. Put X2 option back.

Order menu is poorly designed; added my $8 loyalty rewards and 20% off coupon but my $8 appears as $0 once added (both work in browser); at checkout, app says location needs more time to prep... I chose ASAP, so why do they need more time if I haven't placed the order yet, and app won't let me because it needs more time. Too many bugs, app is not ready for customer service.

This app when going to checkout shows you the total bill only. It does NOT give you a breakdown of it came to the total. As a consumer I want to know the tax, any service fees, or if the total includes the tip I added on "before" clicking place my order. I simply will not order from them any longer unless the apps is transparent.
