The latest update has addressed everything. Fingerprint works and screen scaling for different devices is fixed. Thank you for working on this. Update 7/24, the app crashes if I try to view the details of my secondary account. Being asked every time I try to view the other account if I want to make it the primary is a bit overkill. If I really want to switch, I will find the setting.

Ever since they moved from prudential to empower, I've been able to log in once. It keeps saying error contact customer support. Fix your app. Update 7/10/24 i still have yet to be able to log in through the app or the computer. It won't let me reset my password that I literally never created in the first place and the customer service phone just rings with no answer. POS company

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Every time I open the app and attempt to log in, i del prompted to verify my identity and get a numeric code to log in. Yet, when i do finally log in, my password does not work and i have to reset it. This happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I always change my settings when I finally get to my account, but the very next time i attempt to log in, I have to go through the whole process AGAIN. This app is broken and needs to be fixed ASAP!
