When calling to activate card, no option to create a pin is given. Multiple tries to establish an account in the app give an error code. When you call for help they say you can only speak to a person after your first deposit.

The worst decision I have made this year was to get this card . I have had about 3,000 .Disappear from my account and customer service don't know anything

I'm missing $1,600 from the IRS and they charged 30% they keep charging me other money and I still haven't got my money back
