Everytime I try to print a label it just says "please wait" and never does anything. Not to mention it is absolutely impossible to use the "contact support" option in the app, when you try to login, it sends you a one time use code to your email, and when you switch to your email app to copy the code, and switch back to the pitneyship app, it closes the support window, making you restart the process and request a new code, you cannot enter the one you already received.

I have been using this for nearly a year and have had absolutely zero troubles choosing, buying or printing any of my shipping labels. I have had to obtain refunds for labels I couldn't use, such as one that ended up being overweight, so I bought a new one and also one that I had to upgrade to a small FR box. The refunds have never been denied or taken very long to process. As long as you void and shred the label, you're good. Loving the convenience of getting labels w/o firing up the PC.

I've tried to cancel trial subscription and i thought i had but went in a second time and my subscription was still there. went into chat to make sure it was cancelled and kept getting a run around. I do not know if i was cancelled or not but i did screenshot everything. Much too hard to cancel, makes one feel as if this is a scam
