I really can't give a review of the app but disappointed that the new app updates requires an account. I already had a couple others and really like the available form factors and features. I decided to add the wallet card so installed the app again as soon as I saw the account required, uninstalled it. I think you would have to give me a compelling reason to create an account just to use a tracker that is added to the find hub.

I have never had success with these products. I purchased two of the card-sized trackers. I was able to set them up initially, but since then they have been useless. Sometimes they will randomly appear as offline. Other times they will show that they are in an entirely different location than where I know them to be. And when the battery dies, I have an incredibly difficult time getting them reconnected after charging them. I would not purchase this product again.

The new app is pretty terrible. I purchased these trackers to use with Google Find Hub. With the old app I could install it, check for and install updates then uninstall it. The new app forces you to make an account to do anything. after making the account and adding a device the app full on crashed and I had to start over. I updated three trackers and the update failed on every single one of them the first time. Second try worked. I have to delete my account and uninstall the app every update.
