The app does notify me when my card has been used, but when you go to see what the transaction consisted of or where the charge came from, the app just closes and brings you back to the login page. I will change the review once this has been fixed because the app is useful, if it functioned properly.

Cheniece, PEFCU appreciates your feedback, we have attempted to contact you directly to discuss a possible solution. Currently, this App is only configured to send members Card Transaction Alerts. To investigate the details further, you would need to use our PEFCU Mobile App. We are working diligently to bring new features to this app in 2019.

Text (sms) alerts work but push notifications do not. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting and re adding my card, and reseting my phone. Notifications are on for the app in my phone settings. Problem has to be on the apps end.

I am updating my review from 1 to 5 star. I had problem with the notification alert. I figured it out. Just had to go to the top left corner to view all the options. The wap sms and the wap alert (text banking) just above the seting. I use the option on both to set up the alert. Works gr8 now.
