Used to be a good source of info until last year when it suddenly got stingy by charging for information that was previously free. Prior to that I used it for years, and paid for it a couple of times as well. All good until then. Now my issue is that it keeps spinning when I click for the records won't download a .pdf or allow me to view it either. Says "Error occurred, try again later" to both requests. For weeks now. I have no choice but to look elsewhere as I need a working solution quickly.

1 star! Cancelled the trial but still charged. I pulled info that I already knew was true it was all incorrect so I cancelled the trial after the first few hours of signing up. I just got a message saying I've been charged $22. Updating from 1 to 3 stars. The app still doesn't work but the customer service rep Demme I dealt with was simply amazing and took care of everything within minutes no hassle. Now if the app was as good as your representative I would definitely come back.

Info is wrong!! They used to be great but since charging have went downhill. Been member since 06/20. Went from 19.95 to 9.95 paying through Google Play. Paused for 3 months then resubscribed. They said they would restart at same level as long as I was subscribed then charged me 19.95 for that 1st month. When you resubscribe they make you change your email address You can't go back or even change back to original one. Couldn't sign in under new email for 2 months. 3 calls still can't. Bad app!
