Not happy with security updates and changes over the last six months I have had to change password several times call the bank for assistance have new passwords and locked out several times. I'm 72 yrs old and having to remember new passwords is very difficult. Why don't you get up to date and do facial recognition or retinol recognition. This last time it asked me a security question that I had not seen before. The 2nd to the last time it was asking me all the security questions.

App looks great and signing in is very easy. You can easily access the transaction history and transfer money between accounts. Honestly, this app is extremely useful because I don't have to worry about how much is in my account. I'd say the notifications would be the weakspot of this app. I made it so that all transactions, like deposits and withdraws for bills, would have me notified. However, it only notifies me when a deposit from my workplace happens.

After the update, the application won't open. All I get is a white screen and a message that the app is closing and it shuts down. I've tried ever way to use the app on my iPad, laptop and of course my phone. I tried rienstalling the app but nothing works. From what I've seen iin the reviews, I'm not the only one with this issue. Why hasn't the problem been addressed??!
