Why my rating keeps getting removed . Again worst application and they're just collecting data with our national IDs and no service is given . No customer service help even the number that you keeps saying connect with it , it's just a robot with auto reply. No accurate SLA and no service is given . Don't waste your time , data and private infos with this bad service.

The worst experience I've ever had, very rude collection team, very bad attitude and they don't even close to know what communication skills are, they have no manners at all. Finally they are breaching your privacy. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT

The app is not working properly, once I get paid they deduct the amount I borrowed, but it doesn't show on the application that I paid and sometimes I have to wait 3 days to show the money
