Ratings and reviews

The app is a little wonky at times, but the company is legit and they pay well if you qualify for a study. Support is based in India, but even with that they tend to be fairly competent. Response times range from 24-72 hours and they occasionally send emails and even payments to the wrong people. Good thing everyone gets paid the same otherwise it would be awkward.

I have completed 3 to 4 studies on this site but not even 1 study is showing nor have I received any mail from this site that the study you have completed has been completed successfully. Working on this site is a waste of time. It has been 10 days but till now I have not received any response. Don't waste your time.

I am rating two stars because I've reached out multiple times bc the PayPal I was using is closed and I already had one payment sent that they told me there was nothing they could do other than dispute the issue with PayPal which was pointless. I sent all the info pulse asked for and my email for PayPal still hasn't been changed and I have completed another task and submitted multiple referrals and I shouldn't miss out on money. I can update my rating once this is resolved.
