I've had the app for about 3 or 4 years and it has been "crashed" or "unable to access account at this time" for probably a total of 2 years combined. The app very rarely works, but when it does, it is very convenient for mobile deposits. You also have to change your password every 60(?) Days or else you'll get locked out.

I figured I should write a whole new review. I went into my branch and got everything resolved, and now everything is working again. Do yourself a favor and set reminders in your calendar to change your password every 60 days. I believe 90 days is the limit. If you forget. You're locked out until you change your password. My only issue is that it's terribly slow to load. Other than that, it's functioning just fine! If the loading can be sped up, I'll give it that 5th star.

It's okay usually, it's just that sometimes it won't let you log in, and tells you to reset your password, even if you just did yesterday. Then the new password that you had set it to no longer works. Very annoying when you're just trying to check your balance.
