App very limited, password periodically decides to stop working, even when the password is correct. Doesn't allow you to see your pending transfers, even if they actually went through, sends confirmation email only. You can potentially end up transferring more than intended, due to lack of application functionality. Literally every "help" button, is simply "call us" or "logout". When trying an external transfer, from your bank, it gives you the choices, next day or 3 business days, next day = no

Its fine it shows numbers. Keeps me informed for the most part. But they have little resources edit anything with your account.

Can't take screen shots? Cards still can't be added to samsung pay or Google pay. Deposits are the worst, cant just sign and take shots from and back, it is so complicated that I rather drive 10 miles to chase or use wells Fargo direct deposit. New upgrade just sits there on app and won't load on start-up.
