Ratings and reviews

The app is not working, and as a security professional, it's not monitored as it should be or updated. According to my android app, it has not been updated since 2021. The app is unstable when trying to set it, and when trying to deactivate it by Android or Apple. The app appears to have a 2 minute delay, and I have rebooted phones and the panel several times. Nothing seems to work as expected...

The outdoor camera recordings are a problem. Half the time it tells me it is not connected and the camera has to be pulled and pushed back in and it may or may not show on the app. Plus I can only get the camera to record for 6 seconds which is a great shot of the back of someone's head before it stops. I have tried setting it for 45s but it still is only recording 6. The outside cameras just seem poor quality and way cheaper item then it should be.

Get simpli safe instead. I regret my choice of this system every time I open the app. The doorbell camera refuses to load the video constantly. Sensors drop out and can not be added back in because of "tampering", you can not adjust the notifications so I get false positives all the time of "motion detected" due no reason. Most recently I can't even view videos of events saved in the cloud because the app sucks. The increased cost of the monthly plan makes you lose money after a year. Just don't
